My absolute favorite night of the week is TACO NIGHT!! Even though those packets of taco seasoning mix are super cheap they are loaded with a bunch of crap that you don’t want to eat. Making your own taco seasoning is super easy and only takes 3 ingredients.
add more cayenne if you like it hot blend together and add it to 1lb of meat or 1 can of beans, or 1 cup of rice. I like to add the spices to the pan first and let it heat up and release its flavors before adding anything else. You can double, triple, or quadroupal this recipe as many times as you like to keep in a spice jar so that its ready whenever you need it.
