Now that I am getting settled in a new place, it’s time to stalk up on the usual things I like to keep on hand. First on the list is Garlic. I love, love, love garlic and over use it often. I like to keep it on hand to throw into anything- even in tea if I’m really sick!! If you have ever eaten something I’ve made, it probably had garlic in it whether or not the recipe called for it. I like to keep it minced in the fridge for easy access. However, you can do this without mincing, keeping the garlic cloves whole for a yummy little snack that is sure to ward off vampires!
