Hey guys I've been super busy this summer and haven't had a chance to write any blog posts. However I did make this video showing the process of making an herbal infused oil. this shows the whole process of putting it together and straining it. My video skills are not so great but you get the idea and definitely check out Rosemary Gladstar's book Herbal Healing for Vibrant health for more info about Rose and wildcrafting beauty products. I also recommend Gail Faith Edwards' book Opening our Wild Hearts to Healing Herbs for in depth info about Rose and a lot of other herbs.

Just a quick video of me making my weekly herbal infusion. the herbs that I'm using in this video are Stinging Nettles, Red Rasperry leaf, and Oatstraw. for more info on oatstraw check out my most popular blog post "Things that make you go Oats!" I'm really excited to start offering aromatherapy as part of my mobile massage business. I am going with a detox theme for this month to help me (and you) stick to a healthier lifestyle even if you are planning on indulging for mardi gra or st. patricks day. I'm using fractionated coconut oil and blending it with rosemary, cedarwood, cypress, and lemon grass. I chose these oils for their high level of aiding the body through detoxing, stress reduction, and relief from muscle pain. I made my first you tube video on how I made it. You can check that out below. But the following is a more in depth information about the different essential oils used in this blend:
